The Dal Schindell Gallery enriches the life of Regent College through the celebration of creativity and excellence in the visual arts. The gallery promotes theological education and learning through arts engagement, stimulating thought and reflection on the beauty and complexity of the world and on fundamental questions of meaning and identity. It aims to foster dialogue about shared humanity among people of all faiths and those of none, while encouraging active participation in creative practice.

The gallery is working toward establishing stronger relationships. Members of the First Nations community have offered territorial welcomes and blessings at events.

The gallery curator, Abby Boggs, is building relationships with Indigenous artists and aims to develop a relationship with Musqueam First Nation, on whose unceded territory the gallery is located.
