Le Centre culturel francophone de Vancouver

Incorporated in 1975, Le Centre culturel francophone de Vancouver has a mandate, as outlined in its statutes and bylaws, to:

• organize French-language performances and exhibitions featuring Francophone and Francophile artists to encourage artistic appreciation among Vancouver residents
• promote education by offering French-language programs and services including a library, video library, language courses, summer camps, and more
• encourage public participation in Le Centre’s activities
• acquire and manage property needed to support its programs and operations

Le Centre presents professional-calibre events and activities that offer citizens of Vancouver access to artistic productions in French and to visual, media, and performing arts rooted in Francophone cultures. The organization also provides a wide range of educational services to anyone interested in its activities, regardless of French-language ability.

All services, programs, and activities must support Le Centre’s objectives, either through their content or their method of delivery.
