IN PERSON registration is:

  • $15 per person before 10 July 2026

  • $18 per person after 10 July 2026

  • Groups of 5+: $16 per person

  • Groups of 10 or more: $15 per person

  • Fees are payable at the door or in advance via money transfer to bc@carfac.ca.

ONLINE LIVE STREAM registration is free.
Donations are encouraged and may be made via mony transfer to bc@carfac.ca.

Advance registration is required. Space is limited to 50 digital “seats”.

Once registered, participants will receive additional event details in advance.

We are pleased to include a small Indigenous vendor area as part of this event.

A limited number of tables are available for Indigenous artists, makers, and small businesses.

  • $30 per table

  • First-come, first-served
