CARFAC BC Elections Update! 🗳️

On November 20, CARFAC BC held our 2024 Annual General Meeting, reflecting on a year of advocacy, activism, and progress made by visual, multimedia, and multimodal artists in British Columbia.

We are pleased to announce the newly elected Board of Directors for the two-year term from 2024 to 2026, a vibrant group of volunteers made up of artists and arts-supporting community members.

These leaders have committed themselves to advocacy, awareness, and activism in solidarity with the diverse diaspora of BC-based visual, multimedia, and multimodal artists. Together they are aligned with the mission CARFAC BC has upheld since 1990 and the work CARFAC National has preserved since 1968, ensuring artists’ rights are maintained, respect is shared across disciplines, and continuing professional development is provided as needed.
